  • When is XDAYSWEB taking place?
    XDaysWeb is happening in Phuket on 15 to 28 January 2024.

  • How can I get updates about the event?

  • Do you have an event schedule available?
    We will release the schedule closer to the conference date. It will be available on the website.
  • Are refreshments provided?
    Complimentary water and coffee are ensured. Plus, on-site cafes offer extra choices, accepting cash and credit cards.
Registration and Passes
  • Can I give my pass to someone else?
    Life happens, and if it takes you elsewhere, we get it. Switching your registration to a colleague is fine, except if your badge is printed at the event – that's non-transferable.
  • I come from a different country. How can I obtain a Visa for the event?
    While we can't guide you through the entire process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter to include with your application. After you've bought your ticket for XDAYSWEB, just email contact@xdaysweb.com with the following details: Your full name, Company name, Job title, Country of birth, Date of birth, Country that issued your passport, Passport expiration date, Mailing address, Your nationality, Phone number, Email address. We'll then create this letter for you!
  • Will there be recordings?
    Every session will be recorded, and will be available later.
  • Where do I get my receipt?
    You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the event. If you can’t find your receipt, email contact@xdaysweb.com
  • I can’t find my confirmation email! What should I do?
    Don't worry, if your confirmation email is misplaced, we can assist. When you check-in for registration, we can find your details in our system. Alternatively, just drop us an email, and we'll send you another copy.
  • I lost my badge on-site, can I get a new one?
    We hate when we have to be tough, but this rule is very important to us. We can't make exceptions. If your badge is lost or forgotten, we can't provide a replacement. So once you have your badge, keep it safe!
Attending Events
  • How do I register for the event?
    You will need to collect your badge to be admitted to all XDAYSWEB events. The registration area will be open from 15 January at the conference venue. The location will be clearly marked, just follow the signs. Timings will be announced in the schedule on our website. Bring an electronic copy of your ticket or a valid photo ID. Business cards and credit cards won’t be accepted for security reasons. Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your photo ID.
  • Do I have to arrive the day before the conference?
    You don't have to but we recommend it. You can register and collect your badge the day before the conference to avoid lines. If you have a booth, you can be there in advance to set everything up.
  • What can I expect from the speeches and panels?
    All panels and speeches will take place on the stage at the conference venue. These events are open to all attendees. You can click these links to find the line-up of our speakers and schedule.
  • What other networking sessions do you have?
    XDAYSWEB will host an official XDAYSWEB networking event, with details announced closer to the event date. During the day, there are targeted Networking Mixers on both days of XDW. All networking events will be held at locations within the conference venue. The events are open to all attendees. It will be available on the schedule.
  • Who will be exhibiting in the marketplace?
    There will be over 60 companies participating in the marketplace. Refer to the Exhibitors page or app for the complete list. The marketplace will take place at the conference venue on both days (15-28 January) of the conference. This event is open to all attendees.

    We are always looking for interesting speakers and talks for our line-up. If you have someone in mind or would like to nominate a suggestion, please contact us.

    To cover the conference in a media capacity, contact us.
